Redesign of Rolling Penny

The goal was to fix the problems with the old site while keeping the same layout and content.

Before:

Missing Info:
There was no clear call to action, hard-to-find contact info, and no way to view or download the cafe's menu.
Slow Website:
The old site loaded slowly and didn't follow best practices, which led to bad scores on Google's speed test.
Old Look:
The design looked outdated and didn’t give a good first impression or show how professional the business really is.

Clear Info & Easy to Use:
The new site has clear info for each service and is much easier to navigate.
Faster and Better:
We improved the site's speed a lot, so it loads quicker and works more smoothly.
- Performance score went from 45 to 100.
- LCP dropped from 10s to 1.1s.
- FCP dropped from 3s to 1s.
Fresh New Look:
The design was updated to look more modern and nicer overall. There's also a dark and light mode depending on what users like.
